SCALLOPS WITH TALEGGIO PDO FONDUE

Ingredients

- Scallops 6
- Cream 60 g
- Taleggio P.D.O. 180 g
- Bread-stick crumbs 30 g
- Chieves to taste
- Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
Instructions
- Dice the Taleggio PDO.
- Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the Taleggio PDO and chives.
- Allow to rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat the mixture over a very low flame until the cheese melts.
- Wash the scallops and their shells.
- Place the scallops in their shells, grease them, pour on the fondue and cover with breadstick crumbs.
- Bake at 200° for about 8 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped chives.
