TRIANGLES OF PUFF PASTRY IN OVEN WITH TALEGGIO P.D.O. AND PEARS

- Taleggio P.D.O. 200 g
- Puff pastry 2 rectangular rolls
- Pear 1 large or 2 small
- Egg yolk 1
Instructions
- Make out 8 squares, of the same size, of puff pastry from each roll.
- Cut the Taleggio PDO into 16 cubes. Clean the pear by removing the core and cut it in 16 cubes.
- At this point, put a cube of Taleggio PDO and one of pear in the centre of each square of puff pastry.
- Close each square by forming a triangle, brush each of them with egg yolk and put in a preheated oven at 180°C until they will be inflated and golden.
