  1. Make out 8 squares, of the same size, of puff pastry from each roll.
  2. Cut the Taleggio PDO into 16 cubes. Clean the pear by removing the core and cut it in 16 cubes.
  3. At this point, put a cube of Taleggio PDO and one of pear in the centre of each square of puff pastry.
  4. Close each square by forming a triangle, brush each of them with egg yolk and put in a preheated oven at 180°C until they will be inflated and golden.
