ORECCHIETTE WITH BROCCOLI AND TALEGGIO P.D.O.
The Taleggio P.D.O. goes on a trip to Puglia to meet the Orecchiette... and the broccoli are watching.

Ingredients

- Fresch Orecchiette 400 g
- Taleggio P.D.O. 250 g
- Broccoli 250 g
- Chilli pepper in slices 1
- Minced garlic 1 clove
- Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dice the Taleggio PDO.
- Pour 5 tablespoons of oil into a pan with the garlic and chili pepper.
- Cook the orecchiette and broccoli for about 10 minutes in plenty of salted water.
- Drain the orecchiette and broccoli and heat them in the pan with the oil to allow the flavours to blend.
- Fold in the Taleggio PDO and serve.
